Holiday Inn Wall Street, an IHG Hotel

Our room had a good space for the two of us, so we could get changed and walk around without bothering or getting in the middle. Our room had two full beds (I guess I misread the room I picked as we needed just one) and a decent bathroom (not a big one but the regular size of a bathroom for 1 person at a time, which is normal to be that way) with a good lightning, towels and toiletries too. It had an iron, a hair dryer, and a desk for those who might need to use their laptop for any kind of reason. They have a little snack between 7-9 am, where you can find coffee, tea, yogurt, bread, and muffins which was an amazing option so you could go around the city without having some coffee first! It has a Dunkin' Donuts right next door, and Joe's pizza a few steps away! Many other restaurants and coffee shops around (Starbucks, Wendy's, Chipotle) and a CVS pharmacy as well, which was a great thing for us! We landed at the JFK airport and got the Howard beach Airtrain and then the A Line train that left us 5 minutes away from the hotel. You can walk around the area and find the Oculus and 9/11 memorial and many other attractions too!

First of all this hotel has an amazing location. Metro is just 2 minutes away and a lot of touristic attractions are also close by foot, including Brooklyn Bridge. Staff is really nice. In the morning at the reception there is coffee, some croissants and muffins and in the evening there are popcorns and cookies. You can check in whenever you want, which was great because a lot of hotels have fees for late check in. As well check out is at 12 which is quite nice. There is a place to leave your luggage if you have later flight. It is nothing fancy, quite small hotel but it is also cheaper than a lot of other hotels, so we were not expecting to get a 5 star hotel for that money. It was definitely worth the money.

This is my second visit to this hotel during a business trip. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also within walking distance of several tourist attractions, including Wall Street, the Charging Bull, and the World Trade Center. Check-in was smooth, even around midnight, and it took less than five minutes.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond to help recover bag left in the taxi, very friendly and helpful. A nice location, quiet traffic wise, very accessible for city and transport. The complimentary coffee, cookies and popcorn a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms with all necessities inside the bedroom and personal bathroom. Got fresh towels and sheets regularly. AC in the summer heat was great! We were also very happy we could leave our luggage in a locked room after checking out, as our flight was very late at night. The location was perfect and close to the metro.
